You have to install Microsofts .NET framework (you should get it if you run a Microsoft Update from www.microsoft.com) Link to it here:

I suggest that you download and install netframework.  Then download the current version of Fate Mod Manager, and READ the instructions.  The program runs very smoothly. 

To Install this mod unzip both dark prospects of the sith item pack and star wars mod folders into your mod directory.  

Once that is done start up your mod manager and apply the star wars mod, DO NOT APPLY THE DARK PROSPECTS OF THE SITH MOD or your game will crash.
